By accessing or using Listem.co ("the App", "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Listem.co is a smart shopping list and to-do application that allows users to:
• Create and manage shopping lists
• Share lists with family and friends
• Sync data across multiple devices
• Set reminders and notifications
• Organize lists with categories and workspaces
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration, maintain the security of your account credentials, notify us immediately of any unauthorized access, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
You may register using your Google account or email address. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Premium Subscription: Listem.co offers optional premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions.
Subscription Terms:
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan
• Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings
Price Changes: We may change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will apply to subsequent billing cycles after notice is provided.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled according to App Store and Google Play policies.
You retain ownership of content you create within the App (lists, items, notes). By using our Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You agree not to upload content that violates any laws or regulations, infringes on intellectual property rights, contains malicious code or harmful content, or is offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate.
All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including but not limited to app design and interface, logos, trademarks, and branding, software code and algorithms, documentation and content are owned by Listem.co or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; use the Service for any illegal purposes; interfere with or disrupt the Service; create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or features; automate access to the Service without permission; share your account credentials with others.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
You may terminate your account at any time through the App settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms, for fraudulent or illegal activity, for extended periods of inactivity, or at our sole discretion with reasonable notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

Listem.co'ya hoş geldiniz. Uygulamamızı indirerek, yükleyerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşullarına bağlı olmayı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Hizmetimizi kullanmadan önce lütfen bunları dikkatlice okuyun.
Listem.co'ya ("Uygulama", "Hizmet") erişerek veya kullanarak, bu Kullanım Koşullarını okuduğunuzu, anladığınızı ve bunlara bağlı olmayı kabul ettiğinizi beyan edersiniz. Bu koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız, lütfen uygulamamızı kullanmayın.
Bu koşulları herhangi bir zamanda değiştirme hakkını saklı tutarız. Değişikliklerden sonra Hizmeti kullanmaya devam etmeniz, değiştirilmiş koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
Listem.co, kullanıcıların şunları yapmasına olanak tanıyan akıllı bir alışveriş listesi ve yapılacaklar uygulamasıdır:
• Alışveriş listeleri oluşturma ve yönetme
• Listeleri aile ve arkadaşlarla paylaşma
• Verileri birden fazla cihaz arasında senkronize etme
• Hatırlatıcılar ve bildirimler ayarlama
• Listeleri kategoriler ve alanlarla düzenleme
Hizmetin belirli özelliklerine erişmek için bir hesap oluşturmanız gerekmektedir. Kayıt sırasında doğru ve eksiksiz bilgi sağlamayı, hesap kimlik bilgilerinizin güvenliğini korumayı, yetkisiz erişim durumunda bizi derhal bilgilendirmeyi ve hesabınız altındaki tüm faaliyetlerden sorumluluk kabul etmeyi kabul edersiniz.
Google hesabınızı veya e-posta adresinizi kullanarak kayıt olabilirsiniz. Bu koşulları ihlal eden hesapları askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkını saklı tutarız.
Premium Abonelik: Listem.co, otomatik yenilenen abonelikler aracılığıyla isteğe bağlı premium özellikler sunar.
Abonelik Koşulları:
• Abonelikler, seçtiğiniz plana göre aylık veya yıllık olarak faturalandırılır
• Ödeme, App Store veya Google Play hesabınızdan tahsil edilir
• Abonelikler, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir
• Abonelikleri cihazınızın hesap ayarlarından yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsiniz
Fiyat Değişiklikleri: Abonelik fiyatlarını herhangi bir zamanda değiştirebiliriz. Fiyat değişiklikleri, bildirim yapıldıktan sonraki fatura dönemlerinde geçerli olacaktır.
İadeler: İade talepleri App Store ve Google Play politikalarına göre işlenir.
Uygulama içinde oluşturduğunuz içeriğin (listeler, öğeler, notlar) mülkiyeti size aittir. Hizmetimizi kullanarak, içeriğinizi yalnızca Hizmeti sağlamak amacıyla depolamamız, işlememiz ve görüntülememiz için bize lisans vermiş olursunuz.
Yasaları veya düzenlemeleri ihlal eden, fikri mülkiyet haklarını ihlal eden, kötü amaçlı kod veya zararlı içerik barındıran, saldırgan, iftira niteliğinde veya uygunsuz olan içerikler yüklememeyi kabul edersiniz.
Hizmetteki tüm haklar, unvanlar ve menfaatler, bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere uygulama tasarımı ve arayüzü, logolar, ticari markalar ve marka öğeleri, yazılım kodu ve algoritmalar, belgeler ve içerik Listem.co'ya veya lisans verenlerine aittir. Açık yazılı iznimiz olmadan kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, dağıtamaz veya türev eserler oluşturamazsınız.
Şunları yapmamayı kabul edersiniz: Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik, derleme çözme veya parçalara ayırma; sistemlerimize yetkisiz erişim elde etmeye çalışmak; hizmeti herhangi bir yasadışı amaç için kullanmak; hizmeti engellemek veya bozmak; promosyonları veya özellikleri kötüye kullanmak için birden fazla hesap oluşturmak; izin almadan hizmete otomatik erişim sağlamak; hesap kimlik bilgilerinizi başkalarıyla paylaşmak.
YASALARIN İZİN VERDİĞİ AZAMİ ÖLÇÜDE: Hizmet, herhangi bir garanti olmaksızın "OLDUĞU GİBİ" sağlanmaktadır. Kesintisiz veya hatasız hizmet garantisi vermiyoruz. Dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Toplam sorumluluğumuz, talep öncesi 12 ayda ödediğiniz tutarı aşamaz.
Bazı yargı bölgeleri sorumluluk sınırlamasına izin vermez, bu nedenle bu sınırlamalar sizin için geçerli olmayabilir.
Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman Uygulama ayarlarından sonlandırabilirsiniz. Bu Koşulların ihlali, dolandırıcılık veya yasadışı faaliyet, uzun süreli hareketsizlik dönemleri veya makul bildirimle kendi takdirimize bağlı olarak hizmete erişiminizi askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz.
Fesih üzerine, Hizmeti kullanma hakkınız derhal sona erer. Veri silme işlemi Gizlilik Politikamıza göre gerçekleştirilir.
Bu Koşullar, hukuk ihtilafı ilkelerine bakılmaksızın Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına göre yönetilecek ve yorumlanacaktır. Bu Koşullardan kaynaklanan herhangi bir anlaşmazlık, İstanbul, Türkiye mahkemelerinde çözümlenecektir.
