Tips for using Listem.co more efficiently.

Creating and Managing Lists

  • Tap the "+ New List" button on the home page to quickly create a list.
  • Give your list a name (e.g., "Weekly Groceries", "Project Tasks").
  • Choose an appropriate category and color to make it distinctive.
  • Use smart autocomplete when adding items. You can select quantity and unit (kg, pcs, pack).
  • Tap the bell icon on a list card to set reminders and receive notifications at specific times or locations.

Sharing and Collaboration

  • To share your list, swipe the list card to the right and tap "Share".
  • Grant specific permissions: "Viewer" (read-only), "Participant" (can add/check items), "Admin" (can edit/delete list).
  • Create a shareable link to send your list to people who don't use the app (they can view it on the web).

Workspace Management

  • Workspaces help you group your lists (e.g., "Home", "Work", "Vacation Home").
  • Create a new workspace using the workspace selector on the home page or go to "Workspace Management" in settings.
  • When you add a member to a workspace, they automatically see all lists in that workspace (unless specifically hidden).
  • Assign workspace members as "Admin" or "Member".

Tracking and Notifications

  • Get instant updates on changes in shared lists (items added, purchased).
  • Customize notification preferences from your Profile page.
  • Review completed shopping trips and past lists from the History tab.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete My Account. All your data will be permanently removed.

Is my data secure?

Yes! All data transfers are encrypted using SSL/TLS. We never share your personal information with third parties.

Can I use Listem.co offline?

Yes, you can view and edit your lists offline. Changes will sync when you're back online.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Manage your subscription through your device's App Store or Google Play settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.
