Listem.co ("we", "us" or "app") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy transparently explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your data when you use our application. Specifically, we fully comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy regarding the use of data obtained through Google APIs.

1. Data Accessed

We access the following types of data to provide our service:

a. Google User Data

When you sign up or log in using "Sign in with Google", we request access to the following personal information provided by Google:

• Basic Profile Information (OpenID, Profile):
- Google ID (sub): Used to identify your account as a unique user.
- Name: Used to address you and personalize your profile.
- Profile Picture: Used as your avatar in the app interface.

• Email Address: To verify your account, send password reset or security notifications, and communicate important service updates (only with your consent).

b. User-Generated Content

Data you create while using the app: shopping lists, product names, quantities, units, notes, categories, and preferences.

c. Technical Data

To improve service quality and ensure security: IP address, device model, operating system version, and app version may be collected.

2. Data Usage

We use accessed data only to perform core app functions and improve user experience:

• Authentication and Account Management: Secure and fast login with your Google account.
• Service Delivery: Store your shopping lists, sync across devices, and enable list sharing with friends.
• Communication: Contact you for technical issues or security alerts.
• Personalization: Customize the app interface according to your preferences.

Important: Your Google user data is NOT used for ad targeting, data mining, or any other purpose not specified in this privacy policy.

3. Data Sharing

Sharing Google User Data with Third Parties: We do NOT sell or share your Google data (email, name, profile picture, etc.) with advertising networks, data brokers, or other third parties.

Your data may only be shared in the following limited cases:

• Service Providers: Trusted partners providing technical infrastructure services such as hosting, database management, and email delivery. These providers are obligated to process your data only according to our instructions and this privacy policy.
• Legal Requirements: We may share data as required by laws, court orders, or official authority requests.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data security is our priority.

• Encryption: All data transfers (between app and servers) are encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols. Sensitive information is stored encrypted in our database.
• Access Control: Access to personal data is limited to authorized personnel who need it for their work.
• Infrastructure Security: Our servers are hosted in modern data centers with regular security updates and physical security measures.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Retention Period: Your personal data is retained as long as your account is active and you continue using the service.

Deleting Your Data: Users have full control over their data. To permanently delete your account and all associated data (including Google data):

1. Go to Settings in the app.
2. Tap Delete My Account under the Account section.
3. Upon confirmation, your account and all personal data (lists, profile info, email record) will be immediately and permanently deleted from our servers.

Alternatively, you can request data deletion by emailing iletisim@listem.co. Requests are processed within 7 business days.

6. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email.
